These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Chart of You, operated by Studija Tvarka, MB (company code 306179246, VAT LT100018803612), Eduardo André g. 14-5, LT-02232 Vilnius, Lithuania, EU (“we”, “us”, “our”), accessible at chartofyou.com. By using the service or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Chart of You calculates a natal (birth) chart from the birth details you provide and, together with your quiz answers, produces a personalized, AI-generated written report. The report is a one-time digital product delivered online after payment.

For entertainment and self-reflection only. Astrology is not a science. Your report is provided for entertainment, inspiration, and self-discovery purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind — including medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice. The content is generated by an AI model and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or generalizations. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything that affects your health, finances, or wellbeing.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a report. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

A report costs $14.99 (or the price shown at checkout, which is the binding price). Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. By completing your purchase you agree that:

• Your report is digital content that is prepared and generated specifically for you as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• By completing the purchase, you expressly request that we begin generating and supplying your report immediately, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once we have started generating it, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
• Once your report has been generated and made available to you, the purchase is non-refundable.

If something goes wrong — for example, your report fails to generate or you were charged in error — contact us at hello@chartofyou.com before disputing the charge with your bank, and we will make it right.

After payment, your report is unlocked and a link is also sent to the email address you provided. You are responsible for entering a correct email address. If you cannot find or access your report, contact hello@chartofyou.com and we will help you retrieve it.

You retain ownership of the birth details and answers you provide. By submitting them, you grant us a limited licence to process them in order to calculate your chart and generate your report, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your report is generated for your personal use. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit birth details of another person without their knowledge or consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the service or its APIs.
• Resell or redistribute the service or its reports without our written permission.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time. We may also refuse service or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated or the service is being misused.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the report will meet your expectations. See section 2 regarding the nature of the content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on your report.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under EU law, nor does it affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and the European Union. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

EU residents may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
